Berkshire County TRIAD for seniors

TRIAD is a community policing initiative involving seniors, law enforcement, and senior service providers. Its goals are to reduce crime against seniors, educate, and enhance delivery of law enforcement services to older persons.

There are four active TRIADs in Berkshire County:

North Adams:

Members meet at 12:30 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of each month in the Mary Spitzer Senior Center, 116 Ashland St.

Dalton

Members meet at 1 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month in the Dalton Senior Center, 40 Field St. Ext.

Tyringham

Members meet at 11:30 a.m. on the second Tuesday of the month in Union Church, 128 Main Road.

Sheffield / Alford / Great Barrington / Egremont

Members of the “SAGE” Triad (a collaboration of towns in South County) meet at 10 a.m. on the fourth Tuesday of the month in the Claire Teague Senior Center, 917 S. Main St.
