Larrabee Pleaded Guilty & Sentenced

May 11, 2023 Press Releases

On Monday, May 11th, Keith Larrabee (27 years old, last known address of 138 East Quincy Street, Apt 2R, North Adams) pleaded guilty to the charges listed below. Larrabee was sentenced by the Honorable Judge Flannery in Berkshire Superior Court.

Larrabee’s guilty plea encompasses charges from three different incidents. The first incident stemmed from a search warrant executed by the North Adams Police Department on September 25, 2020. Upon execution, the North Adams Police seized packets of heroin and crack cocaine, both ready for distribution; illegal possession of a firearm; and illegal possession of ammunition. The second incident occurred at the Key West Lounge in North Adams on February 19, 2022. Larrabee assaulted a patron of the lounge and pointed a gun at another individual. Larrabee did not possess a Firearm Identification Card making his possession of the firearm illegal. The third incident occurred at North Adams District Court in March 2022 when Larrabee threatened an Assistant District Attorney in open court. At the time the threat was made, the Assistant District Attorney was arraigning Larrabee for the Key West Lounge incident.

Law enforcement agencies included the North Adams Police Department, the Adams Police Department, the Massachusetts State Police and the State Police Detective Unit. Assistant District Attorney Rachael Eramo represented the Commonwealth. Tara Nutting-Jones served as the victim witness advocate on behalf of the District Attorney’s Office.

Concurrent sentences are connected to all three incidents from which charges stemmed.
