Pittsfield, MA- Following today’s arraignment of Matthew Rutledge (2pm, Berkshire Superior Court), Berkshire District Attorney Shugrue, State Representative Leigh Davis, Melissa Fares, and Hilary Simon will read prepared remarks outside of the front of Berkshire Superior Court.

The arraignment is scheduled to take place at 2pm; however, the exact time of arraignment might be sightly delayed depending on matters before the Court.
