The Berkshire District Attorney’s Office is actively investigating the death of a minor. The death occurred at Benedict Pond, Great Barrington, MA. during the daytime hours of Wednesday, July 17th. The Office will release more information in coming days pending the preliminary investigation results.
The State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office is overseeing the investigation.
