On Wednesday, March 26th, Henrry Ospina Samaca (12/23/82: formerly of Pittsfield) pled guilty to multiple counts all in relation to multiple sexual assaults of a child.
Ospina Samaca pled guilty to:
• 2 counts of Rape of a Child with Force
• 2 counts of Aggravated Statutory Rape, 2 counts of Witness Intimidation,
• 6 counts of Indecent A&B under 14.
The Defendant was sentenced to 10 years to 10 years and 1 day in prison on the 2 counts of rape and 2 counts of aggravated statutory rape. On the latter 6 indecent assault and battery charges, Samaca was sentenced to the maximum 9-10 years in prison, to be served concurrently. Samaca will serve his sentence in State Prison.
