On Thursday, May 30th, David Stypa (2/14/1962: New York resident) was arrested and charged with:
• Enticement for Sex, Child Under 16
• 2 counts of Disseminating Obscene Matter to Minor
• Attempt to Commit a Crime
Stypa was arraigned in Central Berkshire District Court on Friday, May 31st. Judge Tyne issued $100,000 cash bail.
David Stypa was arrested following an investigation into his online communications with a minor. He is alleged to have been in communication with an individual under 16 on online platforms. When Stypa was arrested, he was allegedly in route to meet the minor in Pittsfield.
