Search Warrants Lead Seizure of Drugs, a Gun and Ammunition

(Pittsfield) A set of search warrants for the Holiday Inn, Columbus Avenue, and Security Self Storage (all Pittsfield, MA) along with a 2008 Infinity and Ford truck were executed on Wednesday, January 18th, leading to the arrest of five individuals. The investigation which led to the search warrant stems around drug dealers from New York City blanketing Berkshire County with illegal firearms and trafficking of various narcotics. Four of the defendants were found to be utilizing various locations in Pittsfield to store, take orders for, distribute and keep proceeds from their large-scale drug distribution operation.

Upon the execution of said warrants 140 grams of cocaine (street value of $14k), $4,800 cash and distribution materials including scales, cell phones and packaging materials were seized. When the raid was conducted the defendants were in the process of converting cocaine to crack cocaine. Additionally seized was a 38 Ruger semi-automatic handgun fully loaded with six rounds of ammunition inserted into the firearm, 50 rounds of 38 caliber ammunition and 10 rounds of 20 caliber ammunition.

A fifth defendant, Austin Keuppers, who appeared to be only an addict using drugs was arrested and referred to drug court to address his substance abuse problem in compliance with DA Sugrue’s diversion of low-level addicts for treatment.

Assistant District Attorney Heather Valentine is overseeing the cases on behalf of the District Attorney’s Office.

 

Defendants Include:

Gregory Mills, 37 years old, from New York City, NY; currently residing in Pittsfield. Mr. Mills is the owner of the 2008 Infinity and is listed as the renter of the Security Self Storage unit identified in the search warrants. He has been charged with trafficking Cocaine (100-200 grams); possession of a firearm without an FID Card. His bail is set at $100,000 cash.

Osha McGlow, 36 years old from the Bronx, NY has been charged with trafficking cocaine (100-200 grams). His bail has been set at $100,000 cash.

Kiaan Boyette, year of birth 1976 from Brooklyn NY and was the operator of the Ford truck (a rented truck). Has been charged with trafficking cocaine (100-200 grams). His bail has been set at $100,000 cash.

Jaclyn Cimini, 39 years old of Pittsfield MA. Has been charged with trafficking Cocaine (100-200 grams). Jacklyn’s has been revoked bail on 3 open District Court cases and has a set bail of $20,000 cash on this new trafficking case.

Austin Keuppers, 45 years old of Pittsfield MA has been charged with possession of Class B substance (Cocaine). Austin has been released on personal recognizance with the Drug Court’s recommendation/referral.
