Berkshire Superior Court- On Wednesday May 14th, Timothy Formel (Housatonic MA) was sentenced to 4 to 5 years in State Prison for raping a woman in May, 2018. Formel was found guilty of the rape by a jury of his peers on May 9, 2025.
