On Tuesday, December 10th, Tyrone Jones (Pittsfield, MA.) pleaded guilty to five charges related to an incident on October 14, 2023. Jones was found not guilty of one count of Trafficking Cocaine 36-100 grams. Jones was sentenced on December 11th. The Defendant was sentenced up to 4 years in State Prison.
On October 14, 2023, Tyrone Jones became violent in a residence he shared with the victim in the case. He assaulted the victim, kicked a dog belonging to the victim, and destroyed the inside of the house. After the assault and destruction of property, the Defendant stole the victim’s car.
