Pittsfield, MA- On Wednesday, September 2nd, Willie Harrison was arraigned in Berkshire Superior Court on five charges, including Armed Career Criminal. The Commonwealth moved for a dangerousness hearing which was granted at the arraignment. The judge found the Defendant to be a danger and he is now being held without right to bail. The Defendant will appear again in court on September 9th for a status of counsel. The Defendant was arraigned on the following charges:
• Armed Career Criminal
• Assault and Battery by Discharging a Firearm
• Discharging a Firearm within 500 Feet of a Building
• Possession of a Firearm without a FID Card
• Possession of Ammunition without a FID Card

Separately and unrelated to the above arrest, last week the juvenile to have allegedly participated in the August 16th shooting was brought into law enforcement custody. The juvenile has since been arraigned in Juvenile Court for 8 charges and is being held in custody. The juvenile was arraigned on the following charges:
• Attempted Murder
• 4 Counts of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon with a Dangerous Weapon
• Discharge of a Firearm Within 500 Feet of a Building
• Possession of a Firearm During a Felony
• Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card
